Terms of Use

In short: By using Sweeple you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA. Premium is available through auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscriptions, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your Apple Account settings.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Sweeple (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). If they conflict, the Apple Standard EULA governs the license and these Terms provide App-specific detail. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The App is licensed, not sold.

3. Sweeple Premium

Premium features may include unlimited hints and campaign access, advanced statistics and brain reports, Hell Mode, additional board themes, and iCloud syncing. The exact features shown in the App at the time of purchase form part of your purchase information.

• Monthly and Yearly. These are auto-renewable subscriptions. The billing period, localized price, and any introductory offer for which Apple determines you are eligible are displayed in the App before purchase. When offered and shown as eligible, the current monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial and the current yearly plan includes a 1-week free trial.
• Lifetime. This is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the applicable Premium features without a recurring subscription charge.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• An auto-renewable subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period.
• If Apple offers you a free trial, the subscription converts to paid service unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Eligibility and availability are determined by Apple.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Purchases may be restored while signed in to the Apple Account used to buy them. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store rules; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

4. Free features and changes

The App may offer free gameplay, limited daily features, trials, or promotional access. We may improve, replace, add, or discontinue features where permitted by law. Changes do not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded and do not turn the Lifetime purchase into a subscription.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the App unlawfully; interfere with its operation; attempt to bypass purchase, entitlement, or licensing checks; or reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with it except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.

6. Intellectual property

The App and its code, design, artwork, sounds, content, and Sweeple name are owned by Gentleflow or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant rights in our trademarks.

7. Gameplay and progress

Sweeple is provided for entertainment and general cognitive challenge, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. We do not guarantee that progress or statistics will always be available or recoverable. Use available device backups and iCloud options where appropriate.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gentleflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App and its in-app purchases during the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Changes and termination

We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect indicates acceptance where permitted by law. Your license ends if you materially breach these Terms; upon termination, you must stop using the App.

11. Third parties

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as provided in the Apple Standard EULA. RevenueCat provides purchase-management services as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
